Wonderful coffee shop, filled with wonderful, kind people. The coffee is absolutely delicious. I got a vanilla pistachio latte and my husband got a vanilla rose latte - they both were a little sweet. When I got mine I mentioned that to my barista and he remade it, no questions. Extremely professional and kind service. Nevin, the owner, has built an upscale coffee house that has genuinely good products. Will be back!

Absolutely delicious tea lattes and an amazing selections of flavors. It's rare to find a coffee shop with both rose and lavender flavors! The cashier is incredibly polite and put a smile on my face. Excellent beverage house in Winston.

We decided to check out this coffee shop. Very easy to get to. We walked in and loved the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The coffee shop is very inviting. The lighting is perfect. We were welcomed in by Athena. She was very friendly and helpful! She answered our questions and gave us suggestions. My daughter ordered the Blue Cat Latte. She loved the drink! I ordered the Chocolate Rose Latte. The drink was very good with a hint of rose. We will definitely come back and try some other drinks.

Immaculate vibes. Lovely owner. Delicious, unique beverages. This is a must go! I saw this coffee shop months ago and finally came in to try it. The only regret I have is I wish I would've tried is sooner!!! Discovering upon walking in that it was another branch to the one in Greensboro, I knew I was in for a treat! After speaking with the owner, I combined the Blueberry Lavendar flavoring with the Matcha Lavendar Rose Latte and wow wow WOW!!! Absolutely delectable with a showstopping presentation with rose petals sprinkled on top. You can tell that each beverage is thoughtfully and intentionally created, and it reflects in the overall design of this brand. Hats off to the owner for creating such a warm, inviting, and distinguished atmosphere. This is a good company, inside out and I love to see it in the Triad. Well done, Melrose Family. I am looking forward to my return!

Found this gem of a place last year while in town. I returned for another blueberry lavender latte deliciousness. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is awesome. Perfect place to chill and get some work done!

You need to stop at Melrose for good drinks, good food and an awesome vibe! My wife and I came by while leaving town and loved it. The owner walked us through the menu and helped us decide what to get. Wife had the Blueberry Lavender Latte while I had a Hot Chocolate. Wife said her latte was great and different from anything she’d ever had. For food I had the Gobbler while she had a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Everything was awesome and the owner even chatted with us while we sat and enjoyed our breakfast. Highly recommend and thank you for a great experience!

Welcomed by a kind, warm barista and a beautiful interior! Loved the menu variety and our drinks were made perfectly. The iced americano was strong and whatever beans they use had really rich flavor. The iced blueberry lavender latte with 5/10 sweetness was amazing! This was a stop for us on a road trip but would make this a frequent spot if we were local. Comfortable seating inside too!

I stopped in here to grab a cup of pour-over coffee and was pleasantly surprised with the unique lounge setting, interior decor, and super friendly staff. Melrose sources coffee beans from all over and can serve it to you in drip, pour-over, latte, or any other espresso drink form. They also have amazing teas, pastries, and more. They have a private room for rent and handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.
